I took my car to Ford at Midland for a service. It came back with a transmission fault. I spent several hundred dollars trying to get the problem diagnosed, not solveddiagnosed. The TDCi dual-clutch auto Powershift is not the same Powershift transmission as the one that gives problems. The affected Powershift gearbox was the 6DCT250 dry-clutch gearbox. The TDCi has the 6DCT450 wet-clutch, which does not have the same issues. As long as it gets its scheduled oil changes (80000km), it's apparently really reliable.
